By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. State-Specific Courses (IMPORTANT)
All courses offered by Med Elite CE are state-specific.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for selecting the correct state for your nursing license
Courses are designed specifically for the state listed on the product page (e.g., California)
Med Elite CE is not responsible for incorrect purchases due to selecting the wrong state
By proceeding, you confirm that you are purchasing for the correct state.
2. Course Access and Completion
Courses are delivered digitally and accessible immediately after purchase
Certificates are issued upon completion
By marking a course as complete, you confirm that you have reviewed the material
Once a certificate has been issued, the course is considered fully delivered and consumed
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
Request is made within 7 days of purchase
Course has NOT been completed
Certificate has NOT been issued
Partial Usage Policy:
If a portion of the course has been accessed or completed, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied. Significant usage of course content may result in a partial refund at our discretion rather than a full refund.
Not Eligible for Refund:
Course has been completed
Certificate has been generated
Incorrect state was selected after course completion
Requests based on lack of use, change of mind, or misunderstanding
Exceptions:
We may, at our sole discretion, offer:
Partial refunds
Store credit
Courtesy resolutions
4. Payments
All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated
Unlimited access memberships may renew annually if applicable
Pricing may change at any time without notice

Sharing accounts or content is strictly prohibited
Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

We are not responsible for access issues due to technical limitations.

State
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Med Elite CE is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages

11. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Deny refunds

Suspend accounts
in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse.
12. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks filed without attempting resolution may result in:
Account suspension
Restriction from future purchases

13. Right to Refuse Service
